Educational Orienteering Game "Inclusions of the Ethnocourt"

The education is designed for students of grades 1-4, 5-8, and 9-12 (the program is adapted individually for each age group).

Do you live by the seaside and think you know your region's traditions well? Or are you from another part of Lithuania and know nothing about this area? Do you want to have fun with your class or a group of friends?

Let's play the educational orienteering game "Inclusions of the Ethnocourt" together! During the game, you will walk around the courtyard of the Klaipėda Ethnocultural Center and visit the weaving and delmon galleries with a guide. The tour will briefly introduce you to the history of Little Lithuania, the costumes of this region, and the specific clothing and household details unique to this area. After dividing into teams, each group will receive a task sheet. You will need to demonstrate your cleverness and teamwork skills to complete all tasks as quickly as possible. To complete the tasks, you will need to listen carefully to what the staff of the ethnocultural center will tell you and use smartphones (to take photos and find information).

Education sessions can be reserved on May 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, June 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) from 11 am to 3 pm. The price is 3 EUR. The duration of the education session is 45 minutes. The preferred number of participants is from 15 to 25 people.
